Prabhu Ram
Founder, CEO and Managing Director

Prabhu Ram is a dynamic entrepreneur and thought leader with over two decades of experience in building and scaling ventures across digital payments, web development, and real estate. As the Founder, Managing Director, and CEO of Black Gold Recycling, he is leading the mission to build India’s largest integrated recycling enterprise, establishing a pan-India network of advanced recycling facilities that unite sustainability, technology, & profitability.

Previously, as Managing Director and Group CEO of Payswiff, Prabhu transformed the company into a digital payments leader with over 700,000 merchants, culminating in its acquisition by Cholamandalam Finance of the $10B Murugappa Group. Earlier, he co-founded EBS, India’s second-largest online payment gateway, which was acquired by Ingenico (France). Passionate about sustainability and innovation, Prabhu actively drives circular economy initiatives and mentors startups at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and social impact.

Pankaj Tirmanwar
Co-Founder and Director

Pankaj Tirmanwar is a seasoned professional with two decades of experience in operations, business development, and supply chain management, with a strong focus on circularity within the electronics and battery sectors. As CEO of Reteck Enviroteck Pvt. Ltd., he has led the company’s expansion across India and Dubai, establishing it as a leading force in reverse supply chain management for e-waste. Since 2015, he has set up greenfield e-waste operations in India, built large-scale supply chains for major telecom providers, and achieved over INR 100 crores in revenue within two years, maintaining a 35% EBITDA margin through efficient refurbishment and remarketing processes.

Pankaj also spearheaded India’s first end-to-end precious metal refinery for e-waste and boosted Reteck’s Dubai operations profitability by over 300% within six months. Earlier, at Reliance Communications Ltd., he managed procurement strategies for passive infrastructure and waste management. Passionate about sustainability and innovation, he continues to champion advanced recycling technologies that enhance circularity, reduce carbon footprints, and align with ESG goals of global corporations.
