About the Role

Blackgold is looking for a proactive and execution-focused Marketing Intern to join our
growing marketing team. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy building, creating,
researching, organizing, and bringing ideas to life in a fast-moving business environment.
As part of the team, you will work closely with marketing leadership and gain hands-on
exposure across branding, enterprise outreach, content creation, market research, digital
campaigns, and AI-driven marketing workflows within the recycling and sustainability sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support market research, industry tracking, and competitive analysis across the recycling
  and sustainability ecosystem
  
• Build and manage communication lists, CRM databases, and outreach workflows for
  enterprise engagement initiatives
  
• Design and format social media creatives, presentations, brochures, marketing documents,
  and digital collateral
  
• Support LinkedIn engagement, email campaigns, and professional communication
  initiatives
  
• Utilize AI productivity and marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, and similar
  platforms to improve content creation and workflow efficiency
  
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to support marketing campaigns and
  operational activities
  
• Assist in organizing marketing assets, documentation, and campaign execution processes
  
• Contribute ideas, creative inputs, and process improvements across ongoing marketing
  initiatives

Preferred Background

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
  Communications, Design, Sustainability, Engineering, or related fields
  
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Excel, or similar tools
  
• Strong communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills
  
• Curiosity toward AI tools, automation, and modern digital workflows
  
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to execute tasks independently
  
• Based in Hyderabad and available to start immediately or within short notice
  
  

This internship is structured as a temporary learning and industry exposure opportunity for a
duration of 3 to 6 months.
